A proper repair means the tyre comes off the rim so we can inspect it inside. Driving on a soft tyre does damage you cannot see from the outside, and a tyre that has run flat can be unsafe even after the hole is filled.
Once we know the tyre is sound, the puncture is repaired from the inside, the tyre goes back on and the wheel is rebalanced. Then we check the pressures on the rest of the car while it is here.

Do not drive on it. A few hundred metres on a flat tyre will destroy the sidewall and can damage the rim, and it turns a repair into a new tyre. If you can, fit the spare and bring the flat one to us.
If it is a space saver spare, keep the speed down and get it sorted soon rather than running on it for weeks. It is designed to get you here, not to be a tyre.
Damage in the sidewall or the shoulder cannot be safely repaired, and neither can a hole past a certain size or a tyre that has already run flat. Those are the rules the tyre is built around, not a sales line.

No. Puncture repairs do not need a booking, so pull in whenever it suits and we will look after you. Tyre fitting and servicing work does need a booking.
